About Me

I am a qualified yoga, meditation and mindfulness practitioner and teacher of traditional Kriya yoga in its unadulterated pure form. During the past 25 years, I have gathered in-depth knowledge of the ancient practise of yoga to provide physical, mental and emotional wellbeing to my clients.

After leaving the corporate world in 2019 (started my career as an accountant at KPMG), I founded the Sydney Yoga School in Australia to provide authentic yoga education using systematic and structured programs to derive the true long term benefits of yoga and meditation.

I design and provide workplace mental health and other wellbeing programs using yoga (asanas, bhandas, pranayama, kriyas and diyana) as a major instrument. I work with local governments (NSW Health), resource centres (migrant resource centres), sports facilities (gyms and yoga studios), education (childcare centres, after school care, preschools, and school PE programs) and Tamil and Hindu organisations.

Qualifications & Certificates

• Registered Yoga Teacher RYT200 (Yoga Alliance Registration No 386547)

• Diploma in Yoga (Teacher Trainer) – Master Yoga Canada

• Vipassana Meditation Course (150 hours)

• WWC approval (working with children approval in Australia WWC2467730E & expiry 20-05-2027)

• First Aid and CPR Certificate

• Current NSW Police Clearance

• AON Insurance Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Cover
