Yoga Classes at Baulkham Hills + North Rocks & Windsor

  • Kriya Yoga - Monthly Membership - $50 (1 class per week) or $100 (2 classes per week)

    Group classes are conducted at Girl Guides Hall (North Rocks) and Scout Hall (Baulkham Hills). In Windsor we cater to a maximum of 6 students to provide individual attention.

    You attend classes based on your lifestyle. Learn all aspects of kriya yoga such as asanas, bandhas, pranayama, meditation and kriyas.

    One hour class.

    Kriya yoga is considered the oldest and purest form of yoga from which other styles (yin, flow, ashtanga, Iyengar, vinyasa and hot yoga were conceived).

    The class deep dives into Kriya Babji’s 18 Kriya yoga poses complemented by Kriya (cleansing methods) and breathing techniques. The poses support a calm and focused mind to benefit all other limbs of raja yoga and hence modern hectic life in particular.

  • Dynamic Yoga - Monthly Membership - $50 (1 class per week) or $100 (2 classes per week)

    Group classes are conducted at Girl Guides Hall (North Rocks) and Scout Hall (Baulkham Hills). In Windsor we cater to a maximum of 6 students to provide individual attention.

    Duration 1 hour.

    Geared towards a more dynamic and fast paced style incorporating power elements of yoga to improve strength, flexibility and mindfulness.

    Dynamic yoga includes hot yoga, vinyasa or ashtanga style practises, yet, keeping to the core principles of kriya yoga.

  • Restorative and Senior Yoga - Monthly Membership - $50 (1 class per week) or $100 (2 classes per week)

    I am a Healthy Lifestyle Leader to the North Sydney Healthy Lifestyle Program conducted by NSW Health, and this class is designed and based on the program principles.

    Suitable for those aged 50 and above. Gentle and modified yoga, chair yoga focus on improving flexibility, strength and falls prevention. Specially designed to include yogasanas to prevent and reverse ailments that affect seniors.

    Limited to maximum of 6 practitioners (due to space limitation in our small studio) and conducted only at Windsor

  • Private Lessons - $75 per hour

    This is an hour long class and conducted during non-peak hours, at our studio in Windsor NSW. This is ideal to a weekly practitioner who prefers one-on-one instructions with the intension of advancing at a faster pace than in a group class.

Yoga and Meditation Courses

  • Yoga Fundamental Course - 15 Classes ($300)

    Weekly 1.25 hours per class.

    Highly recommended to all new students and even seasoned practioners to take their practise to an advanced level.

    This well tested course teaches you all the basics and fundamental principles to safely practise and improve on your own. Using simple but effective poses the program guides you step-by-step in the following areas

    • Engaging the legs and feet

  • Meditation Course - 10 classes ($250)

    1 hour class per week.

    Learn the complete theory and practise of many powerful and ancient techniques, to not only improve focus, reduce stress, bring inner calm but to reengineer your mindset to achieve your goals.

    • Meditation for Corporate and Professional Success). This is based on a program I developed and conduct weekly for NSW Health Western Sydney (Hospitals and Community Centres) staff and medical professionals to perform at their peak.

Yoga Instruction

  • Yoga and Meditation- Institutional Programs (Childcare, Schools, Corporate & Elder Care) - From $50

    These are specially designed 1 hour programs, facilitated at your location, to cater to the following

    Childcare- 30 minutes $100 (parents welcome) . Includes simple playful games (example animal and bird poses) and music incorporating yogic poses that can be complemented with parents. Simple mindfulness and creativity exercises included.

    Schools - 45 minutes $150 (asanas and mindfulness). Focus to improve alertness, creativity, positive mindset and coping with stress and anxiety.

    Corporate - 1 hour $250. includes office and chair yoga to overcome stress and body stiffness and aches. Includes corporate meditation, that I teach at NSW Health to medical professionals and staff.

    Elder Care - 1 hour $250 (chair yoga and meditation). Similar to the restorative and senior yoga taught at our Windsor studio. Please refer to details above.

  • Yoga for Autism Spectrum - $50 per hour

    This is a special price program conducted during off-peak hours to work with parents and caregivers and those diagnosed with autism spectrum. The specially designed program is one-on-one and should be ideally attended weekly.

    The above is the weekly cost of the program.

  • One to One Consulting - $150

    This will be 1.5 hour session.

    During this time, we can discuss specific issues regarding your practise of yoga and is best suited to correct and improve your asanas. We will look at special exercises, breathwork & mudras to increase your flexibility & capacity to better your practise, incorporating elements taught in the fundamental yoga course- see details above

  • Therapeutic Yoga - $200

    During this 2 hour session we'll look at a specifically designed yoga program to heal your specific ailments and pain management. We will practise asanas and pranayama and consider other aspects such as food (yogic + ayurvedic food) , meditation, koshas, yogic sleep and stress reduction.

    A medical report is required permitting you to practise yoga.

  • Yoga as Charity - Free

    We have allocated 200 hours per year of free mental health and wellbeing related yoga programs to charities. We usually work on a short-term basis with each charity giving a maximum of 20 hours to each. Please contact us to arrange a discussion.

Meditation from the Tantras

    These group classes will include gentle yoga asanas and breathing followed by relaxing meditation. We will learn various techniques to calm your mind and release stress and anxiety. We will practise yoga nidra to derive the full power and potential of it. Ideally suited to those with a busy life.

    Duration 40 minutes

  • Meditation & Mindfulness (individual) - $100 per hour

    This personal class will include gentle yoga asanas and breathing followed by relaxing meditation. We will learn various techniques to calm your mind and release stress and anxiety. We will practise yoga nidra to derive the full power and potential of it. Ideally suited to those with a busy life.
